The Embers hotel is conveniently located
17 miles from Harrisburg on Route 11 North, 1/4 mile from exit 17 of I-81.
It can also be reached from exit 16
of the Pennsylvania Turnpike (3/4 mile north on Route 11).
For reservations made from January 2-March
31, the rooms are $95/night. Thereafter they are $105/night.
There are no additional pet fees and
all rooms have a 4-dog limit.
All dog rooms are reserved for SCA 2002, so if you are planning to keep a dog in the room, the reservation must be made through the reservation line for SCA 2002 at 1-800-692-7315.
All of the rooms are on the ground floor,
but none of the rooms have direct access to the outside.
All outside access is via the center
hallway which leads to 4 exits in each building (one at each end and two
in the middle).
The spacious rooms are tastefully decorated.
Each room has computer data ports, irons/ironing boards, coffee makers,
hair dryers, TV with CNN, HBO, and ESPN. Local telephone calls are
free.
